Return of goods of proper quality

The buyer has the right to return the product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the moment of its receipt (excluding the day of purchase), if the product does not fit in shape, size, style, color or for other reasons cannot be used as intended.

Return conditions:

• the product was not used;
• preserved product appearance, consumer properties, original packaging, seals, shortcuts;
• available settlement document, which confirms the purchase.

The return of such goods is carried out at the expense of the Buyer.

Goods, which are non-refundable

Goods of proper quality with individually defined properties are not subject to return, which were manufactured or changed according to the individual order of the Buyer (non-standard sizes, characteristics, complete set, appearance, etc).

Return of goods of inadequate quality

In case of detection during warranty period product defects, The Buyer has the right to present one of the demands to the Seller, provided for The Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", in particular:

• free elimination of defects;
• product replacement;
• return of paid funds.

Conditions:

• The seller considers the claim only in the presence of settlement and supporting documents;
• the deadline for eliminating defects is calculated from the moment of physical receipt of the goods by the Seller.

The seller is not responsible for defects, that arose after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer because of:

• violation of the rules of use;
• improper storage;
• actions of third parties;
• force majeure circumstances.

Return procedure

1. The buyer should contact the seller for contacts, indicated on the website, and provide:
   • confirmation of purchase (settlement document);
   • photo/description of the condition of the product (on request).
2. The product is sent to the Seller's address by the delivery service "New Post".
3. The seller checks compliance with the return conditions.
4. In case of approval, the funds are returned for 30 calendar days by bank transfer to the Buyer's account.

WARNING

• Refunds for goods of inadequate quality is carried out only after its receipt by the Seller.
• Return of goods of proper quality it is possible only if all the conditions of preservation of the product appearance and complete equipment are observed.
• All costs, related to returns, The buyer carries himself.
